Knowledgeable and Professional

I had a recent situation where I knew I needed to talk with a Lawyer. Mr Fastovsky answered the call and was able to guide me through the legalese in such a way that I would not need to hire him. I got a consult that saved my sanity and I didn't get a bill. I know in the future should I need more ...legal services there is only one person I'll call and that is Oleg.

BEST LAWYER IN THE AREA

WAS ABLE TO HELP ME HAVE PEACE OF MIND BEFORE MY CASE AND HELP BEAT MY CASE ON ALL COUNTS WITH A "NOT GUILTY". WAS ABLE TO FIND MISTAKES ON THE OFFICERS REPORTS DURING THE CASE AND WAS VERY METICULOUS WITH THE PAPER WORK AND ASKING THE OFFICER QUESTIONS.

Can i give an 8star review please?

I am so excited and I am glad I took the chances on what looked like impossible but Oleg handled everything so professionally. I was very worried cause I wasn't guilty and was surprised when the case came up, still handling my immigration approval and couldnt work with my permit. He listened to me ...and didnt make his payment top priority but the success of the case. I am shocked lawyers who are this good and yet make money secondary still exist. At least the way he handled everything makes it easier to do all I have to do now. God truely led me to Oleg and I am glad this case that looked so difficult was handled by him, solved and cleared too. My husband and I would never hesitate to refer you over and over again. We are so thankful Oleg.... We give you 8star if there is any rating like that .

Efficient and EFFECTIVE!

I hired Oleg after going through a DUI arrest in 2019. Like many people, I did my research, spoke to several attorneys, and made my decision based on how knowledgeable he was about this subject, the prosecutors in the area, as well as the judges. He even gave me great (and impactful) advice before he... was even hired! Ultimately, I could not be more satisfied with my decision. Oleg truly looks out for his clients, walking them through the process and keeping them informed. This was my first offense, but it should be known that I blew a 0.17, so it wasn’t a “slam dunk” case. Despite the factors against me, Oleg cane with an excellent defense and I walked away with a PBJ! I HIGHLY recommend that you call Oleg if you too run into a DUI situation in or around Baltimore!

Far exceeded my expectations

A few months ago, I found myself in a situation where I clearly required legal representation. I had zero experience in this area and was, quite frankly, totally freaked out. I did extensive research before deciding on contacting Oleg Fastovsky. I can't begin to describe how happy I am that I did.... Long before it was time to go to court, Oleg contacted me to put together an extensive background profile. We spoke on the phone several times, and each time, I was more confident that I had made the right choice. But, I was still nervous. When it was finally time to go to court, he was absolutely tremendous. Despite the fact that the opposing attorney was unexpectedly obnoxious, he refused to give an inch. I was more than satisfied with the outcome. Another attorney might very well have achieved the same outcome, but from start to finish, the fact that Oleg personally took over every detail when he could have relegated some of it to a clerk, was very important to me. It's often said that when choosing a physician, competence is primary, but "bedside manner" is extremely important to a patient's well being. I believe the same is true for attorneys. Oleg Fastovsky thorougly distinguished himself on both counts.
