I first met with Jolie as a broken man and father not knowing what was going on, much less what my future looked like and how I was going to get through another day. She was instantly able to point out to me precisely what was going on, what my rights were and how I should proceed. She didn't tell me what I wanted to hear and instead told me what I needed to hear. Only a person with integrity and empathy will care enough to do this. I needed an attorney that I could trust to silence the chaos that surrounded me and she did just that.
Her strategy matched my goal; a desirable outcome that was fair, swift and certain. I had no desire to drag things out in court, pay unnecessary legal fees and most importantly, had to consider the impact of all decisions to be made and how they could affect my child as well as my ex. There were no exceptions to this and I'm convinced that Jolie wouldn't practice law any other way.
These are attorneys that care about family and conducted themselves in an ethical and empathetic manner while maintaining unwavering protection of the rights of myself and my child. Ultimately, I was granted an Absolute Divorce with everything that I wanted and needed to protect mine and my child’s best interests.
I would highly recommend Jolie to any person who wants an honest and no-nonsense attorney who isn’t interested in unnecessary fighting and filing of motions to just keep a case open. There is no need for this and she told me that at the onset of my case. I consider myself lucky to have found Jolie and don’t even want to think of how things could’ve turned out had I hired the wrong attorney.

I had a QDRO case and no clue what to do. Ms. Weinberg and her staff explained every step of the process and kept in close contact with me from beginning to end. Any time I had a question, I received a quick response. Everyone was very helpful and made the process a lot easier than I expected it would be. I would definitely recommend Ms. Weinberg and if I have future legal needs in the area of her specialty, I will be consulting with her again.

Jolie and her firm are wonderful. Through a very trying time, they held my hand and helped achieve the best possible outcome. Jolie is smart, warm, understanding and thoughtful. She was incredibly sensitive to my financial situation and without me asking sought to minimize my legal expenses. She and her associate, Keri, thought of every detail, were patient and explained everything to me. They gave me 100% of their attention when working with me. I could not have had better counsel.
