I mediate private cases and court ordered mediation. I really love this area of my practice and feel honored to work with families to help resolve the issues and meet goals. I also see the value of avoiding court for the families' best interests.

Kelley Spigel, Divorce and separation Attorney on Nov 14, 2019
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Jolie and Jackie are my retirement asset gurus! I often refer clients to them to draft the appropriate orders for the transfer of retirement assets pursuant to divorce. My clients and I are always pleased with their thorough services.
An excellent lawyer who treats clients with patience, care, understanding, and utmost professionalism - an even better person and I wholeheartedly recommend for future services.
Nicholas Gaunt, Divorce and separation Attorney on Feb 21, 2018
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I recently worked with Ms. Weinberg on a complex interstate SAPCR / divorce matter crossing multiple jurisdictions and involving military law and also a school district. I have found Ms. Weinberg to be a rare cocktail of zealous advocate and gracious professional. She has a firm grasp of the dynamic issues that our clients confront when they are ambushed by their spouse and find themselves in need of representation. In our profession, it is rare to characterize an experience with a colleague as delightful, but that is exactly what my experience with this attorney has been. Within moments of reaching out to me, I found myself (literally!) completing her sentences as we fell into step about how to represent our client. Highly recommended.
Jolie is a very experienced and well-respected attorney, and she is a leader in the Howard County legal community. She has broad experience representing clients in all types of domestic relations matters. I strongly endorse her and her firm.

Relationship: Co-worker
Jolie (successfully) wears many hats in her practice in Family Law. Jolie is child-focused, creative and savy when focusing on settlement negotiations; she is technically precise when drafting or editing Retirement Orders; and she is a fierce advocate for her clients when litigation is necessary. Most importantly, Jolie understands her clients' needs and concerns, which allows her to keep her clients informed and calm throughout their particular process.

Jolie is an excellent, family-focused, family law attorney and mediator. Jolie also drafts Retirement Orders - a rare skill among family law attorneys. Jolie obtains successful results for her clients, both in and out of Court. I admire Jolie for her ability to relate to any client and determine exactly what is needed in a case within minutes of hearing the facts.
I endorse this lawyer.
