She Took Lemons and Made Champagne!
I had heard Michal was the go to lawyer for gender discrimination and after I hired her I quickly learned why. Michal took about 1500 pages of documents and emails and created a case from it. She wrote a stellar brief to the EEOC which literally had me in tears because it was clear that she had heard me and my story and had the experience and expertise to know that I had been discriminated against and the vision of how to make the legal arguments to get me the relief justice required. Michal then wrote a powerful, compelling complaint for federal district court litigation that artfully married law to fact and resulted in media attention and brought my former employer to the settlement table. You can't go wrong with Michal!
