Biography
I am married to Kathie Okun, a nationally recognized financial consultant for businesses and families in the state. I have four wonderful and successful children as well as four fantastic grandchildren and one very special granddaughter.
I have a general practice with an emphasis on family law matters. My partner Alan Billian and I have written a book entitled "Happily Separating". Our goal in all family law matters is to protect the children and do what is in their best interests. Obviously, we also fight hard to protect and advance the financial situations of our clients.
The Orioles and the Terp basketball team are my true Sports loves. I have had the pleasure through the years of representing and or becoming friends with many members of these great teams
