Before I knew Fred had won the case for me on all counts (while jury was deliberating), I told him I needed to thank him heartily--win OR lose--for excellent representation. My case involved breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation by a professional and a violation of DC consumer protection l...aw. While dealing with lawyers/litigation is never enjoyable, Fred was an excellent guide through the process and a highly skilled representative. He quickly absorbed the details of my case, saw immediately what the critical hinge issues were, and found a statutory claim I had no idea about, but on which he was a great expert. He kept me informed every step of the way in what turned out to be a long journey through trial (other side stubbornly refused to settle, much to my chagrin). I was that rare dental malpractice horror story. I had been victimized over 15 years by a dentist who eventually lost his license for many reasons, but mostly incompetence.
