Fred B. Goldberg

It was challenging finding a reputable attorney for a dental malpractice case, and I went through a few before finally finding Fred B. Goldberg. Working with Fred was one of the best professional experiences I have had -- he is extremely knowledgable and experienced in this field, unbelievably capab...le, responsive, successful - and also has a great sense of humor! The dentist refused to settle this case, so we ended up going to trial 4 years after the injuires occured. We won on all counts, which - I learned after the trial - is not easy or common for dental/medical malpractice. I know that we won because of Fred. Throughout the process, I always had the comfort and confidence that I was in the most capable hands, and that he would do all that could possibly be done to succeed. While I definitely hope I won't be in need of Fred's expertise again, I know that he is the only person that I would consider for future work for myself, family or firends. On a personal note, it was wonderful getting to know Fred - a truly great guy who is also a wonderful attorney!

Fred is an excellent lawyer. I hired him right away ater the consultation. He explained the whole legal process, including length of this particular case, prons and cons of preparing for and going to trial, and I knew ahead of time what to expect. There were no suprises at all at the end. What I wa...s told at the beginning is what I got at the conclusion of my case. I highly recommend Fred if you want an attorney to tell you the truth and be honest about your case and its outcome.
