Fred B. Goldberg

I recently hired Mr. Goldberg to pursue a dental malpractice case involving a post-extraction infection. I had thought for a long time that I probably had a case but I kept procrastinating until there were only a few weeks until my statute of limitations expired. As a nurse turned paralegal, I know... a number of malpractice attorneys so I asked around and I was told that Fred Goldberg is THE guy for dental malpractice cases. I met with Fred, he outlined a plan to have an expert review my records, etc. He kept his word every step of the way and I ended up with a very fair settlement. I am so thankful that I was steered to his office. He fought for me and got a good result for me. I recommend him to anyone wondering if they have a dental malpractice claim - do yourself a favor and consult with Mr. Goldberg. He will be honest and upfront with you, which is exactly what you need in an attorney.

For those out there who think that all lawyers are no good please think again. God knows I found the perfect lawyer now to me the word lawyer meant liar. In this case I was wrong. The lawyer I have for my dental malpractice case was a perfect gentleman a lawyer with morals who help to guide me throug...h my case who was there for me and I could lean on I was very comfortable using this attorney and for those of you out there who are thinking about giving up think again with Fred Goldberg in your corner. I assure you once they hear the name they will want to settle right away, a lawyer with morals who would have ever thought it just when I thought the bad guys have gotten away with things, in comes Mr. Goldberg and changes the game. Know that when you meet Mr. Goldberg he can tell when you're lying. You don't have to convince him that you're telling the truth because I can assure you the other side will try to paint you as an evil bad person. Mr Goldberg will see right through that, so don't waste your time trying to convince him once he sits down and talks with you. He'll be able to tell if you're lying or not, so just concentrate on giving him the facts, sticking to your story and not rambling on like I did. Mr Goldberg helped me put everything in order because my case was all over the place, and I can assure you I've never been in a malpractice case before, so I didn't know how to prepare my paperwork. Mr Goldberg had to go through my paperwork and put things in order for me, as I said because I did not know how to prepare for a malpractice case. Mr Goldberg informed me when I first met him that I had everything in order so I thought Mr Goldberg believed in me when I first sat down to have a consultation with him. He knew I had a case and he believed in me. The main thing for a client who is seeking an attorney is that the attorney treat the client with respect and not as if they were a third class citizen. I assure you folks this attorney has respect for his clients and he will do everything he can to fight for you, and to give you the utmost respect and service you deserve. I'm still in shock folks that I found a lawyer with morals. Mr. Goldberg is a class act. Myself and my husband will always be grateful to Mr. Goldberg for being in our corner and folks this was a tough case. I mean really very tough. While Mr. Goldberg was working on my case I decided to go to the dental board that is open to the public every first Wednesday of the month, and to fight for a dental bill for the people. I was very successful in that along with dental board members that a bill was passed October 1st stating that dentists will be held accountable for, what they do to their patients. That would be House Bill 657, look it up folks, go to the Dental Board website look up bills that passed during October 2015. Never let anyone disrespect you or do you wrong, fight back, do it the right way with Fred Goldberg in your corner you can never go wrong. Now I know this may sound like a commercial to most of you, but believe you me, I met other attorneys who actually laughed in my face and one who called me back to talk to me like I was a dog. I went from lawyer to lawyer. Mr Goldberg did none of that. He was very respectful, treated me like a human being like he would want to be treated. This is the kind of lawyer we need more of, these kind of lawyers like Mr. Goldberg. Someone who upholds the law and not break the law. I will be forever grateful to Mr. Goldberg.

It was challenging finding a reputable attorney for a dental malpractice case, and I went through a few before finally finding Fred B. Goldberg. Working with Fred was one of the best professional experiences I have had -- he is extremely knowledgable and experienced in this field, unbelievably capab...le, responsive, successful - and also has a great sense of humor! The dentist refused to settle this case, so we ended up going to trial 4 years after the injuires occured. We won on all counts, which - I learned after the trial - is not easy or common for dental/medical malpractice. I know that we won because of Fred. Throughout the process, I always had the comfort and confidence that I was in the most capable hands, and that he would do all that could possibly be done to succeed. While I definitely hope I won't be in need of Fred's expertise again, I know that he is the only person that I would consider for future work for myself, family or firends. On a personal note, it was wonderful getting to know Fred - a truly great guy who is also a wonderful attorney!

Before I knew Fred had won the case for me on all counts (while jury was deliberating), I told him I needed to thank him heartily--win OR lose--for excellent representation. My case involved breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation by a professional and a violation of DC consumer protection l...aw. While dealing with lawyers/litigation is never enjoyable, Fred was an excellent guide through the process and a highly skilled representative. He quickly absorbed the details of my case, saw immediately what the critical hinge issues were, and found a statutory claim I had no idea about, but on which he was a great expert. He kept me informed every step of the way in what turned out to be a long journey through trial (other side stubbornly refused to settle, much to my chagrin). At the trial, Fred was eloquent with the jury and made hard-hitting, reasonable arguments that kept jurors looking to him for answers. He won their trust, as he did mine. Fred has a genuine talent for distilling complex issues into bite-sized pieces and cutting through the noise of a multi-pronged case to keep jurors focused on key facts. Most important to me, Fred was scrupulously fair regarding our contingency arrangement. Though I hope not to require a lawyer again, I would hire Fred without hesitation if the need for legal representation arose.
