Financial Incompetence

Despite repeated explanations and attempts to help him understand the financial side of our case, he simply was unable to grasp the importance of staying current financially.

Helped immensely

Don Discepolo was not only extremely personable upon meeting with me, but also very knowledgeable on what would happen with my case, and how I should proceed. He alleviated any anxiety I had about what might happen and because of his efforts and professionalism I received an outcome in court that was... better than I could've expected.

traffic case, driving on a suspended license--5 different citations, potential jail time.

I hired Attorney Discepolo to represent me in a criminal case for driving on a suspended license, and suspended registration. I had had trouble with the Comptroller on a business issue, and there was a hold on my vehicle registration and renewal. The hearing was at 9:00 am, and at 9:05, Attorney D...iscepolo had gotten all the charges dropped, in part based on lack of probable cause. He was very efficient and very professional. I would recommend him highly, and he is knowledgeable on many issues.

Don saved my daughter's life

My 24-year-old daughter got into trouble with drugs and, in turn, with the law. She was facing a very long prison sentence. I found Don Discepolo and he came to the rescue. Long story short: my daughter received NO jail time. Whew! That was close! Don served not only as my daughter's lawyer, bu...t he talked ME off the (figurative) ledge a couple of times. He is very detail-oriented, calm, professional, and level-headed. And, obviously, a great lawyer. Thanks, Don. My daughter and I will always remember you for saving her life.
