Bad Attitude
Mr. Korn may be a good attorney, but he has a bad attitude. Thinks he is better then you. He did not get along with co-council, opposing council and myself.

Replied last December 15, 2018I am sorry you believe that I have a poor attitude. In no way do I think that I am better than you or any other person. I was hired as trial counsel after your other attorney decided that he did not want to try your case. We brought your workers’ compensation and third party negligence cases to successful conclusions. I was able to keep your prior psychiatric institutionalization under the Florida Bakers Act out of both cases. I spent a great deal of time with you and went out of my way to obtain emergency psychiatric care after hours while opposing counsel was on vacation. Our relationship did, in fact, change when you made comments to me about my family, whose pictures you found on social media, which was entirely inappropriate. I wish you success in your future endeavors and a complete and speedy recovery from all your ailments.
