Mr Korn came highly recommended in 2016. I was told he was the best and man did he live up to his name. For almost 4 years he fought by my side. Always had my best interest in heart. In beginning, I like to say that of all the attorney's I contacted with regards to my accident, Mark was the only one who returned my call within an hour. To me that was a good sign. Review of Mark Korn I will start off by saying Mark Korn is an expedient well versed professional attorney. I was working with ChasenBoscolo for over a year, I had never once spoken with my attorney at ChasenBoscolo. The attorneys associates very lackadaisical with regards in responding to my ques...tions and handling the overall productivity of my workers compensation case. I then decided to seek out legal advice elsewhere luckily I had stumbled across Mark Korn's profile on Avvo. My court hearing date was set for the 17th of October. I was very nervous because ChasenBoscolo was handling my case so unprofessionally there was a good chance I would go to court and lose my case. ChasenBoscolo seemed as if they did not have a care in the world even though the insurance company shut off my TTD benefits and would not approve any treatment after surgery or approve any treatment for the other body parts damaged in the accident.
