Biography
Brian is the principle of the Law Offices of Brian K. Young. Brian is a civil law practitioner dedicated to his clients and providing first-class service. His clients include many Bel Air attorneys and law firms, doctors, mechanics, contractors, homeowner’s associations, and the Harford County Board of Elections. Brian serves as People’s Counsel for Harford County, representing the public in zoning cases. He represents individuals and small businesses in Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties, including wronged individuals seeking justice and multi-million dollar corporations.
Brian is the current President of the Harford County Bar Association. Brian is annually recognized as a Rising Star among Maryland lawyers by SuperLawyers magazine. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s in History and Political Science from Salisbury University. An Eagle Scout, he is also Committee Chair of his kids’ Cub Scout Pack and leader of their dens. Brian is a Bel Air rec baseball coach and an assistant soccer and basketball coach. Brian lives in Bel Air with his wife, Kate, and his children Julian, Adelaide, Clara, and Luke.
