I recently retained Frank Henninger as counsel for a DUI I was cited for in Harford County. I found Frank to be a factual, straightforward and caring individual. I was very unfamiliar with all of the actions needed to be taken with my DUI case as well as the two MVA hearings, however, Frank was able to assist me every step of the way.
