Mr. Henninger is a class act. He handled my DUI case 5 years ago and was able to secure me a very favorable result. Recently, I was charged with assault and I knew I needed him to handle this matter for me. My case was very complex. I was both a defendant and a victim in the same case, but the state... was prosecuting them separately and in 2 different jurisdictions. After consulting with Mr. Henninger he told me that our best defense would be to get the 2 cases tried together in the same jurisdiction. He diligently worked for weeks to get the prosecutors office to not only combine the cases, but to try them in the jurisdiction he felt would be more favorable for our case.
