"I will continue to refer clients who need help in Harford County to Mr. DiPaula. We started as opposing counsel decades ago in a very tough construction matter. Over the years he has become a valued friend and peer. Tony balances the need to be a strong advocate for a client with his own beliefs that lawyers must treat all others with respect and professionalism."
