Biography
Frank Henninger has been a practicing attorney in Harford County and the surrounding area since 1992. During law school, he served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Alfred L. Brennan of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland. He has worked with thousands of clients in the area of Criminal and DUI/DWI defense.
Frank received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney Association, the National College for DUI Defense, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Harford County Bar Association, and the Fourth Circuit of the United States District Court.
He is a certified Field Sobriety Test Administrator. Upon completion of the same training course given to Maryland law enforcement officers for administering the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, he received a score of 100% on the final exam.

The outcome I wanted!
I have never used an attorney before and I am glad I found Mr. Henninger for my first experience. He removed all the stress for me during the process and set realistic expectations. In the end I received the judgment I desired! No fine for my traffic ticket.
