Biography
I am an attorney based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. My law practice focuses on representing both businesses and individuals in their dealings with the government in addition to their relationships with others in the private sector. For over 20 years, I have represented clients ranging from some of the largest federal contractors to small businesses.
Strategy is at the center of my work. Whether I am counseling clients regarding their day-to-day affairs or representing them in disputes, my clients' ultimate goals drive my approach to the task at hand. Negotiating the nuances of a contract, analyzing the minutiae of government regulations, or battling one's adversaries should never be done without first finding the best path to achieving these goals - after all is said and done, it's the big picture that counts.

Employment termination
I consulted Howard concerning an employment termination with a severance agreement which contained an unsupportable and vague non-compete clause. We were successful in shortening and defining and thus severely de limiting the non-compete so that I was free to seek employment in my industry.
