After speaking with several attorneys and being told that I had very little chance of getting approved for I-140, I was very discouraged until I came across Aleksandra (Aleks). She came very highly recommended by a friend of mine and quite rightfully so. Aleks is the most outstanding and knowledgeabl...e attorney I have ever met. It was excellent working with her and she made the entire experience very smooth and a positive one. Aleks was very efficient, clear and quick to respond to all my queries. She walked me through every step of the application very patiently and clearly. It was probably the best decision of my life to retain her as my attorney. Due to her exceptional work both my petitions were successfully approved within two months from filing! I am very pleased with her remarkable work ethic and how efficiently she handled my complicated case. I am using Capitol Immigration services for a second time now and would highly recommend them for all immigration related questions and applications.

I worked with Aleksandra Michailov on my I-485. She was competent and open, answered all my questions, notified me on any changes of my case status. And, while preparing documents for filing, she didn't make any fundamental errors which could make my case fail (unlike my previous attorney who failed ...my first PERM and almost failed the second one because, as I found out later, he made the same mistakes). Eventually, my petition was successfully approved and surprisingly fast - less than 70 days from the day of filing I-140 and I-485 to the final approval of I-485. So now I can recommend cilawgroup services to anyone who's looking for an immigration attorney (especially for those who seek for immigration via employment, EB2). BTW, before going to Aleksandra I made a research on other good attorneys in DC area. From what I found her prices were among the lowest ones.

I thought of writing this review because I hope this will be helpful to many of the people who try to find the right attorney for immigration process. 6 months back I was in a situation to file my GC using cross chargeability. I was going through forums, avvo etc to find the attorneys. I spoke to le...ading attorneys in Chicago, Ohio, etc.. But after the initial discussion, I found that many had no idea and had responded by saying they would get back on the matter at a later time. Finally I found about Capitol Immigration Law through the internet. I got an immediate response to the mail that we sent to them and immediately I spoke to her and she answered all of my questions right away. Aleksandra was very clear about the immigration process and systematically reviewed our case and followed through the process without any delay. She and Magdalena are very responsive and reachable through phone and mail. They have a lot of patience and took the time to assure me and clarify every question that I had. During the final stage I got an RFE and they were very helpful in dealing with this matter. Within a week after that my GC got approved. I would definitely recommend Aleksandra and Magdalena for all immigration solutions. They are very efficient and professional.
