I am a California resident and was arrested and charged with marijuana possession, speeding, possession of paraphernalia and DUI while passing through Flagstaff on my way to Texas. At my request the trial was waived and Mr. Gorman got the charges reduced considerably, without any jail time or community service. I never once needed to return to Arizona, all appearances were handled by Mr. Gorman without expensive travel and stays. He was very professional and on top of my case from our first call to the case conclusion. I am a very satisfied client.

Mr Gorman has been extremely helpful in the suppressing and reaching a not guilty verdict on a three year old d.u.i
I am very pleased with the kindness , courtesy and ongoing case information.
Thank you Mr Gorman for your assistance in the this process.

A man of few words, but LARGE actions. Thank you once again for defending our case. We were very uncertain to the potential outcome. You got both DUI charges resolved and saved a possible nightmare from occurring. You are intelligent, reserved, you know the law and you're quite likable.
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I've known Thomas Gorman in a personal and professional capacity for over twenty years. He served as one of my mentors when I first entered private law practice and his advice was always golden. I have worked with Tom on a number of criminal defense cases and have seen him achieve results that other, less talented lawyers, would have considered impossible. In a complex fraud case in which Tom and I represented co-defendants, Tom's Motion to Reconsider Conditions of Release resulted in the trial court reducing a million dollar bail bond to an own recognizance release. Tom employs a logical, workmanlike approach in his criminal defense practice. He achieves remarkable results by working harder and smarter than his opponents.. His pre-trial motion practice, pre-trial case preparation and trial advocacy skills are well above average. He also bears a remarkable physical resemblance to John Dillinger.
