Above and beyond

Attorney Geller represented a family member facing a serious charge in Montgomery County district court. The state filed multiple charges that could have resulted in over 5 year of confinement and the possibility of more time due to a parole violation. Prior to the case going to trial Attorney Gelle...r worked with our family to explain the charges, the evidence and possible outcomes if the case were to go to trial. He reviewed the case files and prepare for trial while on vacation. Attorney Geller went above and beyond in assisting our family navigate the criminal justice system and mental health programs in Montgomery County, by speaking with mental health professionals and explaining the circumstances leading to the criminal charges and advocating for the case to be adjudicated in the mental health court. While the case was not transferred to the mental health court, Attorney Geller negotiate with the prosecution for a lesser charge in a favorable plea agreement .

Follows Through

I was surprised by how invested Mr. Geller was in my case, simply because it's hard to find that type of service these days. Even after my case had closed, he personally followed up with me to let me know further good news about my case that I would have been unaware of otherwise. He took many notes ...during our first meeting of all possible outcomes and followed through on all of them to get me the best possible outcome!

Excellent lawyer wish i could give more starss

I would highly recommend Mr. Leon Geller and his services to anyone that is going through a legal matter. I was charged with two misdemeanors in Montgomery County and was able to get the charges dropped and also my community service reduced. Him and his staff were extremely nice and professional and ...paid attention to details with regard to my case and his fees were very reasonable and will work with you. I would highly highly recommend his services.
