Almost too good to be true, cannot recommend enough! I sought help from several lawyers in the Rockville, MD area after encountering some legal pr...oblems. I called Mr. Geller's office and his wonderful assistant Jocelyn took some details and quickly put me in touch with Mr. Geller. Despite not being in the office, Mr. Geller called me back on the phone within hours the same day, while he was still on the road. Already going out of his way for a brand-new client, who might not even choose his legal services; a very reassuring sign. He scheduled a free in-person consultation, during which he further reviewed my case and explained my options in extreme detail. And I really do mean extreeeme detail. Every single possible scenario and outcome was meticulously explained several times to help me make the most well thought-out and well-informed decision possible. He quoted me a surprisingly low fee; literally one-half to one-third the price of several other nearby legal services I explored. His payment plan was very accommodating as well; half to officially take my case and the remainder after my court date when my case was resolved. I took a few days to think it over before choosing Mr. Geller's services. He immediately sprung into action and sent off multiple forms and documents that he had already prepared for my case, before I had even paid him. Jocelyn kept me constantly updated via phone and email, making sure I always knew what was going on and that no decisions were made without my informed consent. On my court date, Mr. Geller accompanied me and resolved my case exactly as planned, in the best possible manner. Attorney Leon Geller is a quality attorney. His competence is evidenced by his many satisfied clients - I am one - and can attest to his tenacity and prudent aggression in and out of the courtroom. I was charged with possession of CDS here in Montgomery County, MD. During discovery, the Rockville ...police provided the body camera footage - two hours worth - of the encounter and subsequent arrest. It was fortunate that they included this footage, because it proved they failed to ask for consent to search me, which was contrary to their written statement if facts. Attorney Geller siezed upon this inconsistency and brought this to the prosecution, which realized they had a choice between standing behind a flawed police report and/or asking a peace officer to perjure himself on the stand. The case was nolle prosequi on all charges before I even set foot in District Court. Beside his attention to detail, he was genuinely concerned with my health, following closely my progress in treatment, conferring with pretrial and probation officers, even came in to his office on a Sunday after recent invasive knee surgery to discuss an imminent court date. He stuck with the case for months as the state asked for postponement after postponement... His fee for the services rendered was so far below some of his colleagues, I was truly astounded. I hired him as my private attorney after bad results with a public defender . The judge didn't give me a chance at all! im not a criminal I just have bad luck in Montgomery county when it comes to weed .. I appealed my case , I ended up getting pbj and not guilty on 1 charge the judge was nice . I ...am not a criminal it's just that weed wasn't legalized which I thought it was so they took it seriously . In DC I would have been fine and got away . But my 50 dollar wasn't worth it for a shitty public defender I had . 900$ court cost fees was worth it for Leon any day! I can now move on and hopefully I won't hang with the irresponsible people anymore and be careful next time . No more trouble . Hire him! You won't be disappointed .
