Mr. Geller is highly recommended

Leon Geller was my attorney on a driving while impaired charge,and, over a year's time did and excellent job for me in first minimizing the impact of suspension/restriction of my driver's license with the DMV, in two hearings with them, and then ultimately achieving a probation before judgement on th...e DUI charge itself in Montgomery County Circuit Court. He guided and counseled me to first get involved with the Right Turn Impact Program and Maryland Counseling Service before going to trial, and then to remain positive in my personal testimony at the trial itself which, resulted in no jail time, fine, community service or interlock restriction, despite the fact that this was not my first offense; a followup hearing from his motion for modification of sentence then, months later, garnered the PBJ. His skill in not only negotiating with prosecutors, but also in effectively sequencing these hearings and trial events and getting in front of the best judge in the right court significantly impacted on these positive results in my view, as our initial appearance in District Court first indicated to him that a harsher penalty would be the result there on our trial date, before he chose instead to move our trial over to Circuit Court before a more sympathetic judge. I would, as a result, strongly recommend Mr. Geller to any individual in a similar situation, his impressive credentials precede him, and he certainly delivered well for me in what he achieved for my case.

Excellent Attorney, 100% Recommend

After getting a DUI, I researched different attorney’s based in my area, ultimately deciding on Leon Geller—and I am so grateful I did. I talked to a few other attorney’s but Leon is the most knowledgable, helpful, and thorough attorney anyone could ask for. He has has awards from accredited classes ...that give him specific insight into the DUI process, and he is very well respected within the legal community. My DUI case was even a little trickier than average because of my out-of-state license. Despite the irregular circumstances, Leon was on top of everything, and a consistent source of stability, composure, and reassurance throughout the entire process as my attorney. I’m very grateful to have him through what would normally be a very arduous and stressful process, and I recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent DUI attorney.

Will go to far ends for his client

Mr. Geller had represented me for multiple cases and for each one he made sure not to overlook any detail and take every chance to help me in my situation in DUI and criminal court. He is very thorough and worth every penny. I highly recommend him.
