Biography
I began my law career in 1983 in New York City. I handled complex tax sheltered equipment leasing transactions and was at the forefront of the then-nascent mortgage-backed securities industry with a large "Wall Street" law firm. I have continued to handle all my clients' needs with the same degree of skill and professionalism regardless of the size or complexity of their matter.
Since returning from NY to the Washington, DC area in 1987 I began representing all manner of small businesses and individuals with their transactional and business advisory needs. I handle real estate transactions; large and small, residential and commercial, for: purchasers, sellers, lenders, brokers, and investors.
