Of course we fight hard for you with the insurance companies and in the courts. But we are also very proud of all the help we give you before you are even at the point of talking about money with the other side. We help to make sure that your car gets fixed, that your doctors give you the best care, and that you get paid as soon as possible for time you have to miss from work. We also talk with the insurance company so you can focus on getting better instead of worrying about what to say to the person working for the insurance company.
We have plenty of actual courtroom experience and will aggressively pursue your case. At the same time, we are skilled negotiators. We often negotiate excellent settlements for our clients. But the decision to accept a settlement offer or go to trial is yours alone.
Mr. Solnik graduated Duke University with honors and received his law degree from an Ivy League law school (University of Pennsylvania). Before opening his own practice, Mr. Solnik practiced at three of the nation’s top law firms: Shaw Pittman (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), Seyfarth Shaw, and Leventhal Senter & Lerman (now Lerman Senter PLLC) and received in depth training from top personal injury attorneys.
On the personal side, Bernard Solnik is married, with two children. He was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He is a family man and an avid musician. Earlier in his life he regularly performed and musically collaborated in New York City and London, England with a number of musicians who have gone on to substantial, major label success.

The best lawyer
Mr.Solnik handled our accident case against the State of Maryland. It took me about 3-4 months to found him, even though I knew a lot of lawyers, they did not take my case because of the difficulty to sue the State.
