This is my first accident and my parents helped find an attorney to represent me. I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and caused me to be injured. Mr. Bergman and his team helped me feel very supportive and the medical professionals that they referred to help heal after the collision... also made me feel very supported. Thanks to the care of the medical professionals, I was able to walk away fully healed from my injuries. Mr. Bergman and his team delivered a very fair resolution for my case and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been injured in an incident that’s not their fault.

Estuve en un accidente en Virginia la persona que me choco no tenia seguro de auto y tuve que hacer un reclamo con mi propio seguro. En hacer eso, mi aseguranza requirió que haga un testimonio grabado de lo que paso y usaron eso en mi contra para negar mi caso. Después de haberle explicado bien al ab...ogado y su asistenta lo que paso, ellos llamaron a mi seguro y pidieron una copia de mi testimonio grabado para escuchar exactamente que dije yo y como se tradujo. La asistenta noto que hubieron muchos errores en la traducción de lo que dije y mando sus correcciones a mi seguro para rectificar lo que paso. Quisieron ignorar lo que no tenían bien hecho y después que el abogado metió papeles a la corte fue que al fin pudieron solucionar mi reclamo. Estoy agradecida porque en realidad pudieron llegar a una solución y yo pensé que no la iba ver. Recomiendo a Sr. Bergman y su equipo, si le ponen atención al caso de uno.

I was in bad MVA where I was hit in an intersection for someone running a red light. The accident changed my life because it caused me to need surgery on my knee and I have never had any issues with my knee. Unfortunately, the policy limit of this person was not enough to cover my surgery so Mr. Berg...man recommended me take the policy limit available and get surgery when I have health insurance so it’s not coming out of my pocket or settlement for pain and suffering. Thankfully, Mr. Bergman, with his aggressive attitude and fierce poker face got the insurance company to fold and hand over the entire policy and I am walking away with more than half of the settlement that was given. I am very grateful to Mr. Bergman and his team for getting me all the money on the table and resolving my case in under a years time. They told me cases can take a year or longer but he got mine done in 8 months due to my damages. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman and his team, they are fantastic

I was in a horrible accident where I was hit and run by a racer on the 270 MD and I suffered the most life changing injuries.
