I had an accident in 2020 against a Statefarm insured and they refused to settle my case in fairness. It look lengthy and complex litigation to get Statefarm to finally make an offer of a fair settlement. Statefarm put up multiple hurdles and delays with their legal counsel but Mr. Bergman and his team finally gave me justice for something I was not at fault for. I was referred to Mr. Bergman after I was rear ended with my two small children where the car that hit me flipped over from the impact it had with our vehicles. I took my children to the hospital and thankfully their injuries resolved and their cases settled, but I was more injured from the impact an...d had more intense medical care for my injuries. At first, the at fault insurance company did not want to resolve my claim fairly because they believed that I was exaggerating my injuries. I did delay a little in getting an MRI done because of my work schedule and personal matters happening in my life but I did get that done to prove what this accident did to my body.
