The outcome of the surgery that I had was a grade A. As to my damages, Mr. Bergman was successful in obtaining the full bodily injury policy limits for my case. I know without Mr. Bergman, the insurance company would have not settled for the full bodily injury policy limits for my case. Mr. Bergman placed a red line with the insurance company that this case warrants handing over the entire policy limit without going to suit and was successful in obtaining that for me in addition to making sure all my medicals were covered.
