Bergman, LLC, is a national level, full-service boutique Law Firm headquartered in Bethesda, MD, within Montgomery County, the largest county and judicial system in the State of Maryland that borders our nation's capital city, Washington, D.C. We are well present in both Maryland and Washington, D.C., and we have an of-counsel offices in Alexandria, Virginia, so the Firm ready and able to serve the entire DMV metro area. We also work many cases in Baltimore City, MD. In addition. Mr. Bergman carries 29 State and/or Federal Bar Licenses in the United States of America. Therefore, Mr. Bergman is a National Trial Lawyer not limited to Maryland, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts and Wisconsin. We have dealt with the toughest of injury cases such Brain Concussion Syndrome for the last two decades. Passenger in at fault vehicle

I was involved in a car accident where I was a passenger and the car that I was a passenger in was at fault for the accident. I hired Mr. Bergman because I was researching for an attorney to represent me and read his reviews and decided to contact him about my situation. He was able to guide me throu...gh the process and answer all my questions that I had thought the case. I am happy that he was able to get me a fair settlement, negotiate my bills and for me to walk away clean from my case. Bergman Beat Bad Faith Out of State Uninsured Motorist Case

Mr. Bergman is truly a problem solver. My mom recommended me to Mr. Bergman after he solved her problems from her own accident and I am so glad I listened to my mom. I am a traveling nurse who was working in South Dakota and was rear ended by someone who had no insurance. My insurance was based in TX... and did not want to pay out my PIP to cover my medical expenses or offer me a fair settlement for my injuries and pain and suffering. We had a lot of issues with the adjuster working my case and Mr. Bergman never let up. There was a point where I didn’t think I would see any money for my pain and suffering and thought only my medical bills will get paid but Mr. Bergman said, “NO, we will fight”, and fight he did. I am a very happy client, I am very grateful to Mr. Bergman and his team for supporting me every step of the way during my case. Even though the medical providers that treated me have never worked with Mr. Bergman before, he was able to negotiate the bills on my behalf and leave me debt free and walking away with a fair settlement. I would highly recommend Mr. Bergman for anyone who finds themselves as a victim of an accident.

Pulled a rabbit out of the hat!

Mr. Bergman was able to take my medical bills that were the size of a quart of milk to the size of a pint. Unfortunately for me, the limits of the policy of the person that hit me were not enough to cover my expenses but thanks to Mr. Bergman, he was able to negotiate all my bills down and leave free... and clear of debts plus some take away money for my pain and suffering. Now I am more educated on how to better protect myself through having a better insurance policy for any future accident I might have. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman for your needs when it comes to being a victim of an accident.
