About Elaine
Biography
Elaine has always had a passion for law. Ever since the 9th grade, she knew that she wanted to be an attorney. During college, she majored in criminal justice and interned at the public defender's office. She then received her B.A. and graduated Cum Laude from Valdosta State University in 2008. After college, Elaine worked as a paralegal at an immigration law firm where she helped immigrants who fled their countries in fear of political persecution with their asylum claims.
During law school, Elaine focused in the area of family law and spent two semesters in the Family Law Clinic helping indigent clients with various family law issues. Elaine received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013 and was also awarded a Certificate in Family Law.
Since becoming an attorney, Elaine has practiced primarily family law and has helped hundreds of people with various family law issues, including dissolution of marriage, child custody matters and modification and legitimation actions. She has also helped many clients incorporate their small businesses.
Elaine is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and in the State of Florida. She is also an active member of the American Bar Association.
During her free time, Elaine loves spending time with her beloved dogs Bella and Tater and her husband Jeremy. She also loves travelling and experiencing new cultures. Her favorite place is London, England.

She was very kind
She was informative and patient. Elaine would be the attorney I choose, Not just because of her know- how but because like most attorneys she did not need training in sensitivity. She didn't seem eager to just get my retainer fee like most. she genuinely wanted to help.
