I am a federal retiree. I knew Marc through my institute organized federal retirement benefit seminar prior to my retirement in 2019. Marc was one of the speakers who presented estate planning to attendants. An estate plan is a complicated issue, particularly for an immigrated foreigner from a different culture where the similar issues are handled in different ways. For preparing my retirement and future for my family, I had attended several local attorneys’ seminars several years before my retirement. What I had learned from those seminars were the simple concepts of estate plan, the importance of it, and the risks of the consequences without it, which only resulted in acquirement of very few knowledge, anxiety, more panic and confusion. Marc in the seminar did a very good job in his presentation to explain about the estate plan. He made the complicated issue into several easier understandable subjects. Without some fancy legal terminologies and emotional pressure, he provided me with a much clear view to a previously very confused, puzzled even skeptical world. After listened to his presentation, I had placed Marc on my top candidate for my estate planning attorney. My first consultation with Marc further strengthened my decision to have my estate planning done with him. His knowledge to federal employees’ benefits very impressed me. After listened to my explanation about my own family and financial condition, he first suggested me to use a Will instead of other more complicated and expensive formats such as Revocable Living Trust, because he thought that my whole conditions are simple and straight forward. And, it is cheaper to use a Will to achieve my goal compared to setup a Revocable Living Trust. His first recommendation made me immediately impressive. Marc was standing on his customer side. He would give up an easier opportunity to recommend a more expensive product to his customers, instead, he would recommend an alternative option, which should do a similar job but with a cheaper price. At that moment, I know that I have found a right person to handle my issue. I finally selected the format of Revocable Living Trust by myself due to its legal advantage of allowing an easy manageability in various situations. The paper work of establishing Trust was processed during the pandemic time with many restrictions on office visits and other inconveniences. My communication with Marc was largely dependent on several back-and-forth emails. I appreciate very much for Marc’s quick responsiveness and warm help from his assistant, Sandy, during this difficult period. The whole process had been smooth and pleasant. Thus, I warmly and sincerely recommend Marc to those who have been struggling for sometimes to choose a reliable and truthful attorney for your estate plan. Mr. Levine and his staff helped my wife and I navigate our estate planning project during the COVID pandemic. Through a virtual interview/conference call, email exchanges with his staff, and phone calls, we were completely prepared for the final meeting where were signed the documents in person. Mr. Levine provided suggestions and advice based on his own family's needs/experiences throughout the process. He was courteous and provided simple and lear answers to our sometimes complicated (for us) questions. We left his office confident we had made all the correct decisions for our family.

And given the situation with the Covid-19 virus we have to say that the precautions taken by Mr. Levine and the firm to protect the health of all involved were exemplary when we visited the office for the final signing. We can in all good conscience recommend Mr. Levine and his excellent firm to anyone without qualification or reservation

Marc Levine and his support staff are excellent; they are accessible, punctual, professional in all respects, and do what they say they will. $4K fee for estate plan documents and revocable living trust is quite reasonable. Marc is very timely in scheduling in person meetings and phone consults. His support staff is a pleasure to work with, especially Sandy Brodziski. From start to finish we were done in 4 months, which allowed us 2 months to review documents over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Strongly recommend Mark Levine and his firm for any and all estate planning needs. I am a retired military officer, retired FERS civil servant, and disabled veteran.
