Robin K A Ficker

I was assaulted by a stranger who spit on me and broke my arm. Then he filed assault charges and sought a protective order against me! My attorney Robin Ficker was stronger than that liar and his attorney put together! Ficker wouldn't settle and as a result my attacker was convicted of assault aft...er a trial and I was awarded a protective order. The charges against me were dropped and the protective order sought against me was defeated after a trial. Ficker is aggressive and brilliant. I can't thank him enough!

The best plea offer the prosecutor gave me was 25 years. When we lost the photo array Motions Hearing, he offered 40 years. But Robin Ficker poked holes in every state expert witness on DNA, fingerprints and GPS. He had the Jury nodding in agreement for three days and then even laughing and applau...ding in closing argument. He pointed out many, "dogs that did not bark," in the prosecutors' case. We had only my fiance, grandmom and her friend as character witnesses. Robin Ficker saved my life and I was found NOT GUILTY 23 times for charges I did not commit!

My local school had suspended my daughter for making a terroristic threat. She was just talking about a Hello Kitty Bubble Gun which shoots bubbles. Robin Ficker got the case on Good Morning America and Fox News. The school board got thousands of email and comments. The record was expunged. Robi...n Ficker, the professional, made them all lookl like amateurs.

The jury came back with a Not Guilty on all 4 counts, including 2nd degree Rape. I had been held for 10 months in jail for a crime I did not commit. Robin got ahold of all the hundreds of text messages she had sent me, which showed I had done nothing wrong. This man is a genius. I can't thank him... enough!

I met him at a McDonalds in Bethesda. He was amazing. Really knew the menu. He gave me a choice. I could buy a number 3 or use the same money for my legal fees. Of couse I opted to forgo lunch. In court it was more amazing. He showed up around 3 and took charge. Even though he had no idea wh...o I was or anything about my case; he paced up and down the courtroom with an empty folder with my name on it. I said "Robin" and got his attention. After that it was pure magic. I pled guilty to everything. But it was good for me after all I was guilty and this was my 5th DUI. A year in jail, lost my job, the house and the wife. Like a country song. Thank you Robin.
