Literally one of the worse, if not the worse, lawyers to ever handle a case for me. I retained her to handle a child custody case. Replied last August 25, 2020Unfortunately, I do not know what this situation was and cannot address it because none of what you stated happened in any child custody case that I handled. Nevertheless, I would have been happy to sit down with you and have an amiable conversation about concerns or any disappointments that you may have had. It is a shame that you do not care that you are putting false information about me to the public. There is a legal word for what you have done: defamation. Here are my suggestions for the next time you become frustrated with a professional: First, tell the truth; Second, have an honest and amiable conversation with the professional, ask questions, and state your concern; Third: Find out if you are understanding the situation correctly, find out why things happened the way they did; Fourth: Remember, that the professional you hired is human and no one deserves to have their good reputation defamed (lied about). We are all better if we operate in good faith and honesty. Regards.
