Brian was excellent as we started up our real estate business. Brian is a very professional and nice lawyer. I called him to get some advice on a situation I was having and he was very nice and attentive to me. He gave great advice. If I did need a lawyer he would be who I who hire!

Brian was awesome! He explained the law to me in every detail so I understood that being a tenant I have a lot of rights! He helped me stay comfortably in my apartment and feel safe! He was accessible, quick in action and kind.

I leased a property and ran into the difficult situation of a holdover tenant. Brian very competently walked me through the process of regaining possession of the property through the courts. What was initially a great experience, ended with a complete ghosting from Brian. I tried to contact him multiple times but he simply ignored me. What made it more uncomfortable was that it was mid-conversation. I would not recommend anything beyond an initial consultation from this lawyer, their negative reviews on Google echo this experience.
