What was initially a great experience, ended with a complete ghosting from Brian. I tried to contact him multiple times but he simply ignored me. What made it more uncomfortable was that it was mid-conversation. I would not recommend anything beyond an initial consultation from this lawyer, their neg...ative reviews on Google echo this experience.

I've been trying to get rid of my timeshare for years, and after failed attempts with another firm, I decided to research online about finding a new firm. Mr. Pedergraft came up in my online search so I contacted him. Both he and his office staff were incredibly responsive and professional. In the... end, he was unable to help me with my problem, BUT instead of the "sorry, good luck" response, I had gotten so many times before he referred me to someone he knew could help me AND connected us directly. Such personal service. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. I will definitely look him up in the future for any legal needs I have. Thanks, Mr. Pendergraft!

Mr. Pendergraft hired me to stand in for him in a District Court hearing. The data and arguments he preppared for me to execute were absolutely perfect everything I needed to successfully handle the matter on his firm's behalf was right where I needed it.
