Ghosted
Brian is a competent attorney, when you can get a hold of him. Left me in the lurch after promising to take my case. Huge disappointment.

Poor Communication
What was initially a great experience, ended with a complete ghosting from Brian. I tried to contact him multiple times but he simply ignored me.
