I contacted Mr. Rand less than a week before my scheduled hearing date. His fee for the initial consultation was very reasonable and overall his charges are reasonable. During the consultation we were able to figure the focus of my case which was a great help among all the issues I wanted to include.... I decided to present my case myself and Mr. Rand spent 4 hours with me on a rainy SUNDAY afternoon to help me prepare.
