Relatively speaking the settlement was pretty amicable in regards to reaching a Settlement all parties were comfortable with. I predicted that in advance even though there was a lot of tense emotion surrounding the proceedings. I also had a pretty solid grasp of the financial implications of differen...t scenarios as I entered into counsel with Mr. Lee. Regardless, and I don't feel it was an attempt to run up billable hours, Mr. Lee was diligent and professionally persistent to ensure I did understand all the implications. My ex-spouse's counsel proved a poor time manager and ran an inefficient partnership that created numerous and unnecessary back and forths between offices. Through all this, although Mr. Lee was clearly frustrated and embarrassed for the unprofessional behavior of his opposing counsel, he kept his emotions even and concentrated on the facts and issues . He was particularly insightful in advising me on how to address long term payments in order to reduce any ambiguity in the future, years down the road. Hayden did a great job handling my visitation case. He was able to quickly answer my questions and provide some sound advice as I renegotiated my visitation plan.
