Relatively speaking the settlement was pretty amicable in regards to reaching a Settlement all parties were comfortable with. I predicted that in advance even though there was a lot of tense emotion surrounding the proceedings. I hired Hayden to represent my Divorce and Custody pleadings. He set the right tone early in the process by carefully listening to the outcomes I desired.
