Gets the Job Done

I have used the services of Mr. Hirsch twice: initially for my divorce and later when my ex violated the court's order. He got the job done for me, and on one occasion counseled when I should back off rather than waste money fighting for something I was unlikely to get. I could go on and on about M...r. Hirsch, but instead I'll just let you know that when one of my ex's friends asked if he'd recommend his attorney he recommended Brian Hirsch instead!

Highly Professional

Brian is one of the most knowledgeable Family Law attorneys in the area. He places "quality of life" over needless litigation and court appearances that would only serve to increase legal costs.

Honest and Ethical

I have been a client of Brian Hirsch since 2000. I have found him to be one of the most ethical and honest attorneys with whom I have dealt. I have recommended friends to him and they too have been very pleased. Mr. Hirsch is extremely knowledgeable of the law, the other attorneys in the area, and ...the local judges and their particular idosyncracies. He is true to his own high standards of decent, emphathetic behavior while getting the job done. I learned through a particulary difficult and complex divorce (ex filed 14 frivolous motions over two years) that Mr. Hirsch is highly respected in the legal community and his reputation was more beneficial to my case than all the minutia of "he said/she said" facts could ever have been. Rates were very decent and billing was without question or suspicion.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
