An amazing attorney!

I decided to choose Mr. Hirsch after seeing his reviews online and the amount of success he has brought to his clients in the past. Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced, humble, trust worthy, and a patient lawyer to work with. Through out the entire last year, Brian has never failed to satisfy me by... giving me information I needed to be prepare ahead of time. He would answer my questions, file all documents, give me head up all in a timely manner. During mediation, I was Uncertain and unaware of many issues which that he patently explained to me until I was Satisfied with his answers. He gave me examples of similar cases and success rate which put my mind at ease. I am very happy with my divorce settlement agreement regarding custody, visitations, support, assets division, property division, etc. I was saved the hassle to go to trial and by having a successful mediation. Brian is not only persuasive, knowledgeable yet an firm attorney, he also charges a very reasonable price. This combination is hard to find and I was lucky to have that benefit. I would in a heart beat recommend Brian to anyone seeking an attorney. You can not go wrong with him!

Professional, Experience, Ethical, Outstanding

I had been in and out of court for several months with my previous attorney whom made little or no progress in my cases. I felt at a loss and began looking for an attorney who would help me resolve my custody, child support and divorce cases. I was really impressed the first time I met Brian, he w...as honest and professional, listened to my concerns, and presented me with a plan of action. I was relieved when I left his office, I knew I was in good hands. Brian showed his professionalism in and out of court. He filed court motions that cured my circumstances and provided me with much needed financial help. I was impressed with his legal staff as well. They have a set of core values which impresses me: punctuality, outstanding ethical core values, a well defined filing system,... and the legal experience required to present my case and achieve the best possible outcome. I feel privileged to have found Brian; I am blessed and thankful.

Very experienced, top-notch legal representation with a great focus on resolution

Mr. Hirsch was the consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable and ethical in my divorce / child support case. He diffused the emotions, so we could quickly get through the difficulties associated with these sorts of cases. He's been my family lawyer for about 12 years and I'm extremely gratefu...l for his guidance and expertise. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a reasonable and expert divorce attorney.

Brian Hirsch

I employed Brian to litigate/negotiate a difficult and complicated divorce and child support case. He was considerate of the resources I had at my disposal. Brian always took time to consider my emotions and always provided exceptional advisement. I have sought his advisement several times since my ...case was finalized and I have given his name to many people and provided many accolades for the service and support he provided me during a difficult time.

A trusted partner through a difficult time

I began working with Brian in 2002 when my divorce was imminent. Brian was the perfect attorney for me. He guided me through this upsetting and sometimes very frightening time. He helped me to make sound decisions and prevented my emotions from getting me in trouble. He protected me but more imp...ortantly looked out for my children. He prevented me from fighting unwinnable battles but was a strong advocate for what was reasonable. If you listen to Brian and follow his advice, he'll get you through this. I would advise anyone seeking a divorce attorney to sign with Brian. I have advised many of my friends to do so and they were all better off for it. It's now 2013 and I just paid my last child support check and Brian was with me all the way.
