Super Soldan to the Rescue

In December of 2012 I was charged with reckless driving in Leesburg, VA. This was my first ever reckless driving case and I was scared of the outcome, especially because of the severe consequences. I started researching the internet for lawyers and Thomas Soldan came highly recommended on various sea...rch engines. When I called, Price Benowitz, LLP to inquire about his service, his client managers and staff took care of my situation and had Attorney Thomas Soldan call me just a few hours after the initial conversation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had without hesitation. It made me feel a lot better knowing that he was going to represent me in my case. Because I live such a distance away from Leesuburg, I was very comfortable meeting Thomas for the first time at court. When I arrived at the courthouse for my case, I met Thomas at the designated meeting room. He looked very professional and greeted with a firm handshake and a smile. He took a few moments to go over my case with me and even before I went before the judge he had already worked out an agreement with him explaining my situation and why I was in Leesburg. He was able to get my reckless driving ticket thrown out. I was relieved as I stood in front of the judge. I only had to say a few words which Thomas explained before- hand, prior to to walking in the courtroom. I only had to spend about twenty minutes in court. I highly recommend him to all individuals that are facing similar cases. He is excellent at what he does and has a friendly and personable demeanor which makes talking and interacting with him a pleasure. If I ever have any future driving incidents in VA I will be using his services again.

I would highly recommend Thomas Soldan

Words can't describe how appreciative and thankful I am to Thomas Soldan. I got into some serious trouble with the law and felt very alone. I got in contact with Thomas and met up with him at his office to explain the situation. When we talked he was very nonjudgemental and listen to my situation.... I quickly retained him, because I knew he was going to represent me to the fullest. He called me frequently with updates and explained each situation to my understanding. When we went to court, he fought for my rights and refused to settle for anything that was not in my best interest. I was able to get my charges reduced which did not have an impact on my civil liberties. I would highly recommend Thomas Soldan to anyone that wants a lawyer that has a full understanding of the law and will fight for your rights.

Thomas Soldan-Incredible Lawyer and Person

Thomas Soldan represented me in Loudoun General District Court in Leesburg, VA for a speeding ticket/traffic offense. In a court where these tickets are rarely (aka NEVER) reduced or dropped, Mr. Soldan was able to win a complete dismissal of my charge, based on his exceptional knowledge of the laws,... excellent court manners and thorough preparation for my case. It seemed like he thought of every angle and was extremely respectful to all sides. Note, I did not have the best driving record, and I had many negative circumstances working against me in the case; Thomas still managed to win in the tough Loudoun Traffic Court! I carefully searched for representation, and immediately liked Thomas upon meeting him. He is a very genuine and empathetic person, while professional and knowledgeable. Other description? Well-spoken, honest, calm and collected, detail-oriented, diligent, funny, friendly. I believe that Mr. Soldan has an excellent reputation in many of the courts (with officers, court officials, judges, other attorneys) in Northern Virginia, and I am confident that there is not a better person to represent me for all of my future needs. Another note--when we won, he did not gloat! Always a plus for karma points-- classy in the court room!
