Great defense lawyer...super job for our case

Outstanding legal representation, but more importantly, a patient and clear communicator to his clients. Reckless Driving Ticket

In Spring 2016, I was cited with a reckless driving ticket for going 90 in a 65. I interviewed different lawyers in Loudoun county and decided to go with Thomas Soldan because he took the time to meet with me for an hour, listened to my case, reviewed my driving record, dash cam video and speed calib...ration. I also appreciated that he wanted my resume to get an understanding of my background. The day before my court appearance he provided detailed instructions on the wheres and whens. The day of my court appearance went very smoothly. Mr Soldan was able to get my citation reduced to speeding with a $200 fine plus court fees. That night, Mr. Soldan provided me a closing letter detailing everything that transpired during my court appearance. Mr. Soldan did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend his services.

Excellent lawyer who delivered on all his promises

I contacted Thomas Soldan to help me with a reckless driving ticket that I'd received. The county wanted to pursue jail time with me even though I had a perfect driving record up until the incident. Thomas met with me, explained the situation in detail and gave me confidence that he could help keep m...e out of jail. On the day of court, he was able to very successfully negotiate with the prosecution to let me go with only a fine and probation. Far better than jail and a suspended license. He got me exactly what I wanted and exactly as he promised.

Thomas Soldan-The Man

Was charged with RD and filing false police report. Mr. Soldan was able to get it down to just a RD, which was really important to me since I had prior criminal charges with possibility to expunge them. Always returned my phone calls/emails and even text messages right away. Would recommend him to a...nyone seeking criminal defense representation.

Reckless driving 89mph

I had never been in trouble with the law but when I found out I could lose my license for a reckless driving at 20 I was very scared. I don't usually write reviews but I want to make sure everyone knows how good of an attorney Thomas Soldan is. When I spoke to him I was very nervous because of the ...situation, I read many articles saying how I could go to jail, and lose my license. Several attorneys recommended I take a drivers improvement course, however Thomas didn't agree. He didn't just tell me why he didn't agree he also told me the negatives of why taking a driving improvement course before court could affect me in the future. He provided me peace of mind, and was able to get my 89mph reckless driving on New Years reduced to a speeding ticket without taking a driving improvement course.. If you are experiencing a similar situation please speak to Thomas before taking a driving improvement course. Many people aren't aware that you can only take the course a limited amount of times.
