Thomas Soldan, Esq. is competent and professional. He successfully put forward my side of the story in a case and negotiated a reduction of the charge of reckless driving to a faulty equipment - a minor traffic infraction. Great Lawyer, got me NOT GUILTY!

Mr.Soldan who was rated 5 star on Avvo was the first few to respond and agreed to meet me on Sunday - I assume at his leisure/holiday time. I was very humbled by his agreement to meet me on a weekend and that to the long weekend. Upon meeting and explaining Mr.Soldan about the case he diligently note...d all the facts and truth about my case was very empathic towards my situation and anxiety. Though he never promised me anything about the end result of the case he gave me all the possible outcomes of the case. He always was in close communication with me and responded promptly to all my questions and concerns since I had no idea of the criminal justice system of USA prior to this incident. But he certainly removed his magic wand on the day of the trial and defending me to the best of his ability. I did not want to take any plea bargain and though the evidence was working against me his arguments and questions to the witnesses came out a winner and got my case in the end dismissed. I would definitely recommend Mr.Soldan to anyone out there needing to defend their criminal charges. He is professional, sympathetic, straightforward and prompt in all his communication. Bottom line he is a good attorney and can genuinely help you. After this incident I now greatly appreciate, respect and regard the judicial system of USA and attorney’s like Mr.Soldan.

Best lawyer in town!

I was recently charged with multiple traffic violations, one of them being an extreme high rate of speed in Loudoun county. Prior to contacting Mr. Soldan, I spoke with five other lawyers in that area and I felt most comfortable with Thomas after consulting with him due to his extraordinary knowledg...e and confidence in my legal matter. It was very important for me to keep these charges off my record so I listened to his words very carefully and did everything he advised to increase the chance of getting these charges reduced, the results were OUTSTANDING and exceeded my expectations in all honesty. If you are cited with reckless driving or any other traffic violations in Fairfax/Loudoun County look no further and contact Mr. Soldan as soon as possible, his professionalism speaks for itself. Words can not explain how pleased I am with the outcome and I sure know whom to contact if I ever get in trouble again!

Very, very helpful

I consulted Mr. Soldan about a speeding ticket. He immediately contacted me back after being in court. He recommended me to not even worry about hiring a lawyer for how small of an offense my ticket was, and not having a prior on my record. He also recommended that I go to the DMV to acquire my drivi...ng record, and to ask the judge if u could take a driving course. So that way I could possibly reduce my charge on my license and possibly my fees. Mr. Soldan was very respectful on the phone and told me the consolation was completely free. He is the most honest and polite Lawyer I have met and/or spoken to. I would hghly, highly recommend him for anyone who needs his services in his practice fields!
