Excellent Representation

Thomas Soldan recently represented me in Loudoun County Traffic Court. Very professional. Answered all of my questions. Was able to get my speeding ticket reduced to failure to obey a traffic sign. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend.

A job well done!

While heading home from work on the Greenway about a year and-a-half ago, I received a speeding ticket. Unfortunately, that ticket coincided with relocating out west and the ensuing mayhem involved with moving across the country. As a result, addressing the infraction was quickly forgotten. That is, ...until recently when, for no good reason, it simply popped into my head. Frankly, I couldn’t remember what happened to the ticket – maybe I paid it and simply forgot? I reached out to Thomas Soldan’s office and Mr. Soldan quickly researched into the issue, located the ticket – indeed it had not been paid – and pointed me in the right direction to promptly resolve the thing. Mr. Solden’s timely and knowledgeable actions were exceedingly beneficial and, while I don’t anticipate needing his services in the future, I would not hesitate to reach out to him again. A job well done!

Awesome experience

I had a great experience working with Mr. Solden. He patiently heard my case which was a little unique than the usual reckless driving. I was very nervous, however, after talking to him my worries were laid to rest. He was always there with me at the court to support me and explained the probable n...ext steps at each step. In the end, I was able to get the best result as I much as I can hope for. I would highly recommend Mr. Solden to anyone who needs legal advice/help. He is easily approachable and can really help you out and make your legal proceedings stress free.

Reckless Driving

I received a ticket for reckless driving, specifically going 89 in 65. I was extremely nervous about having to go to court about this, especially considering in Virginia it's a misdemeanor that will not go away and stay on my record . Thomas is extremely dedicated and helpful. In the end he was able ...to work it out that I got my charge reduced down to a speeding (84) I would highly recommend Thomas, it was an extremely terrifying situation for me but with him on my side it worked out.

Excellent personal service

I reached out to several attorneys when searching for the right one to represent me in my case. Mr. Soldan differentiated himself from the others by being personally responsive to me on my schedule. While other attorneys preferred that I play twenty questions with their front office, Mr. Soldan made... himself available to speak with me in the evening, personally fielded my questions, and worked closely with me to determine the best strategy and preparation for my court date. He was extremely knowledgeable with regards to the law and potential outcomes in my case (reckless driving by speed) as well as the stakeholders involved, and he expertly explained to me the process and expectations for the court proceedings. He negotiated an outcome for me that I found highly favorable. I definitely recommend Mr. Soldan to others in my situation.
