EXCELLENT

I received my first summons and was very nervous about what this meant to my perfect driving record. I was also very apprehensive as I did not know how the court system worked. Mr. Soldan was very clear in his explanation of the law. He was also kind enough to advise me that I don’t need to get a law...yer! To me, that spoke volumes of who he is as a person. However, I decided to work with him as I needed to get some comfort in knowing that someone had my back and was able to educate me on how this process works. That is exactly what he did for me. He was patient and confident and just a phenomenal lawyer. His laid back demeanor helps removes the stress of being in such tensed situation. He managed to get my case dismissed and I could not be happier. I am very grateful to him for having my back and helping me through this. I really hope I would never ever need a lawyer again. However, if there was ever a need for me to have one, Mr. Soldan would be my first and only pick!

Reckless Ticket

Reckless Driving Defense

I hired Mr. Soldan when I was charged with Reckless Driving (Speed) and he did and excellent job of defending me. He was able to get the charge reduce to basic speeding and a $100 fine, and I didn't have to appear in court for half of the day. I am very happy with his attentiveness to my case and a...ppreciative of the work he did for me on my case!

Dismissed Case of Assault and Battery

Atty. Thomas Soldan is an outstanding defense advocate. I highly recommend him as a defense lawyer, based on my personal experience. He ensured that my case was dismissed in its entirety. And justice and reason truly prevailed. Atty Soldan was very professional, respectful and a good listener. Rega...rding preparation, he provided me with up to 3 strategies and approaches to defend me 100%. His systematic approach to my defense included an insight into the mind of prosecutors, which made me fully confident on my court day.
