Reckless Driving

Thomas is an amazing lawyer. I could not recommend him enough. Throughout the whole process he answered every question I had, responded very quickly and simply eased my mind. I got cited for reckless driving which can be a serious offense. Thomas got my charge lowered to a simple traffic infraction w...ith only $100 fine + court costs and no points on my record. EXCELLENT

I received my first summons and was very nervous about what this meant to my perfect driving record. I was also very apprehensive as I did not know how the court system worked. Mr. Soldan was very clear in his explanation of the law. He was also kind enough to advise me that I don’t need to get a law...yer! To me, that spoke volumes of who he is as a person. However, I decided to work with him as I needed to get some comfort in knowing that someone had my back and was able to educate me on how this process works. That is exactly what he did for me. He was patient and confident and just a phenomenal lawyer. His laid back demeanor helps removes the stress of being in such tensed situation. He managed to get my case dismissed and I could not be happier. I am very grateful to him for having my back and helping me through this. I really hope I would never ever need a lawyer again. However, if there was ever a need for me to have one, Mr. Soldan would be my first and only pick!

DUI dismissed.

Thomas Soldan will really listen to you. He will then work with you to try and get the out come you need. He will go to appeals court if needed. That being said there are no guarantees in court matters. I learned that arrest for DUI is well rehearsed by the police. They will have their ducks in a row.... You will be at a great disadvantage. Please don`t have more than one drink and then drive. Beer and wine now have a higher alcohol content than they did when the various charts were made. Was that a 4oz glass of wine or a 6 oz glass? How much rum did he put in that drink? You will not be stopped because you are driving badly, but for another minor infraction. You will think you are fine. The police will then say you seem intoxicated and your life will rapidly go down hill. Do a little reading online about the penalties for DUI. Job loss is possible. Jail time is probable. Huge cost is unavoidable. Don`t take a chance. You think you are fine, but the machine will say otherwise. Uber is much cheaper. If you ignore this advice, you will sooner or later get caught. In that case give Mr. SOLDAN a call. He is your best bet after you have made a huge mistake.
