Mark Lawrence Earley Sr.

I hired Mark for a reckless driving summons. This was my first time I would ever need to appear in court, so I wanted a lawyer to walk me through the process, represent me at court, and ensure I did everything possible to get the best outcome. Because of Mark, and probably some of my good driving record, Mark was able to speak with the prosecutor and change my reckless driving charge to a non-moving defective equipment violation. Going in to this process, my hope was to reduce the charge from reckless driving to speeding. Mark was able to do even better than the best outcome I was hoping for.

I was given a ticket in Frederick County, VA for Reckless Driving, a Class 1 misdemeanor – a criminal offence. Mark was very good at explaining everything to me and answered all my questions which included recommendations on what I could do. Mark and I met outside the courtroom at the trial, he reviewed everything with me and then went to talk to the policeman and the prosecutor. He was able to secure an agreement to reduce the criminal charge of reckless driving to a civil traffic infraction. The case went before the judge, was processed as a traffic infraction. It was a pleasure working with Mark and a huge relief to have my day in court resolved favorably. I highly recommend his services.

When I say I was beyond please with Mr Earley's professionalism, his ability to explain my charges clearly and percisely and his honesty on the best case/ worst case scenarios resulting possible outcomes of my case, thats an understatement. The fact that Mr Earley Sr. took the time to send me a list ...of things I should bring to court to be prepared and help my case was phenomenal. No one wants to feel helpless when it comes to their liberties, no matter how big or small the infraction or charges and he made me feel like I was apart of fighting this battle with him. Never getting into any trouble with the law or going to court before made me nervous about stepping foot in a courtroom in front of a judge, but Mr Earley Sr made those nerves go away from first sight. He was confident and looked me right in the eyes and told me he was going to fight for me. It made me feel like I was one of his family members and like he was going to represent for me in that courtroom like he would for a sister or daughter. My worries were put at ease. Though I wish I would never need to see Mr Earley Sr again for another traffic infraction, I wanted to take the time to highly recommend him because if I could pass the blessing of having good representation in court to someone else in need he would be the first one I would refer. Being from outside of VA, I had trust issues with lawyers from other states, but Mr Earley was very knowledgeable about VA laws, as well as having expertise on traffic, DUI, DWI and speeding charges. After recieivmg a speeding ticket 99/70, I recieved over 25 Attorney solicitation flyers, one day after the speeding ticket. My gut told me to seek out the best in the business and I damn sure got the best in the business Mark Jr. and Sr. after reading on the internet their credentials. I picked out... my lawyer randomly Mark Jr. and Sr. was amazing and made me feel comfortable right away, oh and how many attorneys return your telephone call within a 20-30 minute time period right after leaving a message? Not many... Mark Sr. came in confident never gave me any BS and he knew what he was doing and cared about me as a human being and what this might do to my life. He got the charges dropped and even if he hadn't I was confident he would have have gotten the charges reduced to a fine. Mr. Early's fee was very resonable compared to a few other lawers I called and said to me, we just have to take our shot at what the judge will give you, to me that is disparaging when facing a serious speeding charge. I picked out my lawyer randomly as I live across the country. I had no idea if I had a good lawyer or not. I received a DUI in Virginia and had to travel to go to court.
