Mr. Mann is a wonderful attorney. My brother was charged with an elevated BAC DUI and also leaving the scene of an accident. Felony hit and run to be specific. Mr Mann was able to keep my brother out of jail despite having two very serious charges. Mr. Mann not only kept my brother out of jail, my br...other received the least possible penalty for both charges. ASAP classes and probation for a year. My brother was granted a restricted license to drive to and from work as well. No community service, no fine, and like I mentioned earlier which is the most important outcome, no jail time.
