After hiring this attorney for a workers compensation matter Kernbach failed me greatly in my case. Communication was terrible. He is not an aggressive attorney, when I needed help and things got tough he treated my case like a side job. In short, he did a half job. He kept very poor communication with me. I spent all of my time in dealing with him talking to his secretary. He came to my hearing unprepared. Had no confidence to begin with and talked about what to do if I lost. When I got my decision, it looked like the file he turned in didn't even have all the ...information I had given him. I don't trust him. I think he is knowledgeable in law but I think he gives that attention only to higher priority cases. I have never had such a terrible attorney. I would go elsewhere. A lawyer that doesn't communicate well with you is never a good thing!!!!
