Useless
He seemed eager to take my case but then probably realized he couldnt make much money on me so he stopped there. I filed the appeal myself and did work that his office was supposed to do. I didnt hear from him for months except when i owed him money.

Not recommended
After hiring this attorney for a workers compensation matter Kernbach failed me greatly in my case. Communication was terrible. He is not an aggressive attorney, when I needed help and things got tough he treated my case like a side job. In short, he did a half job. I strongly recommend that reader...

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
He kept very poor communication with me. I spent all of my time in dealing with him talking to his secretary. He came to my hearing unprepared. Had no confidence to begin with and talked about what to do if I lost. When I got my decision, it looked like the file he turned in didn't even have all the ...

Not recommended
This guy does not respond to you, all you do is keep calling his secretary and she says he is busy, he is not available, he is on vacation. I think he just close a contract with you and then goes to vacation!!!
