Not recommended
This guy does not respond to you, all you do is keep calling his secretary and she says he is busy, he is not available, he is on vacation. I think he just close a contract with you and then goes to vacation!!!

Very helpful
I initially contacted Mr. Kernbach to sue the lawyer that represented me in 2012, his advice was to not pursue the suit because I'd likely lose and then end up owing Michael for defense fees as well.

A work in progress
Mr. Kernbach hasn't been able to speak with me at length about my case, we've basically been playing phone tag, I'm supposed to call him Monday as he's been out of the office this week, will advise.
