Andrew William Lindsey

I called Andrew Lindsey to get advice about going to speak with a detective who asked me to come in and give a statement for a serious charge. Mr. Lindsey quickly returned my call and gave me very helpful advice about what to do and what to expect. At this point I had not paid Mr. Lindsey a dime, but... he still treated me as if I were an important client that needed immediate attention. Mr. Lindsey allowed me to insert him as a barrier between myself and the detective to feel out whether they were trying to trick me with the questions, and to pre-approve the questions they wanted to ask me. Mr. Lindsey stayed on speakerphone during the entire interview as well to make sure everything went fine. I walked out of there without being arrested or charged, and as far as I know no case will be brought against me. I can now go back to getting a decent night's sleep at night thanks to Mr. Lindsey!

I was wrongfully charged for failing to yield when I got into a car wreck that wasn't my fault. I called Mr. Lindsey and told him I wanted to completely dispute the charge because the police thought I would just prepay and move on. Mr. Lindsey immediately began developing a trial defense with me ...after discussing the case on the phone. When I went into the office to meet Mr. Lindsey and hire him, he was very polite and prepared. He had gathered together different Google Maps street view angles to support my cell phone pictures, and he explained all of the concepts and procedures that would be involved with a trial or a plea offer. He also called a witness of mine right there over the phone to make him comfortable about showing up and testifying. Mr. Lindsey always promptly answered every call, text, and email that I sent him all the way up to trial, and even sent me a court reminder the day before. When we went to court, Mr. Lindsey had prepared a lot of colored photographs as evidence. I was pretty nervous, but he calmed me down by saying he "had a good feeling" about the charge. He was actually looking forward to going to trial, but he managed to convince the prosecutor and police officer to just entirely DROP the case without a trial at all! Everything went even better than according to plan, and my witness and I were able to just walk out of the courthouse with no more problems and nothing on my record. I was completely satisfied with Mr. Lindsey, and I could tell that he is a very serious and successful attorney in general. He enjoys fighting hard for common people who are being wronged by the system, no matter how small the charge.
